Paratroop units that air-drop not at the maximum range may attack after landing, however, if they air-drop into an area with hostile AA units, they will take damage from them, so send in the air strrike units first to clear the way!
When not in friendly territory, paratroopers may airlift when adjacent to a helicopter - this uses the helicopter's movement, for the turn.
